It was our great pleasure to host ‘Quest for Art – Online Art Contest 2018’ cum Exhibition and share the joy and achievements of the event with everyone. This contest-cum-exhibition not only provided artists of all age with a good platform to develop and express their creativity, but also enabled the art lovers to appreciate the essence of artistic depiction of different cultures and thoughts.
The competition was open to artists of all age groups broadly in two groups Junior and Senior Artist and the topic was 'My Art My Passion', with an aim to promote art and to identify artistic talent, to bring out the artist in you and to give recognition to this talent.
It was an honour for the entire team of kaladhaam academy to welcome our chief guests ,Padma Shree Padma Bhushan Ram V. Sutar Ji and Renowned Artist Col. Jiten Hazarika Ji,our Guest of Honour , eminent Artist Laxman Sir , Rekha Gupta Ji & Mala Arora Ji (President Mahila Udyog Sangathan). We were also really happy to welcome all the other distinguished guests, prize winners, parents and family members of the participants from different parts of India to participate in this ceremony and share the happiness and success of the talented artists.
We are glad that along with 18 winners, another 9 and 73 entries of very impressive art works have been awarded ‘Honourable Mention’ and ‘Certificate of Merit’ respectively.
Last but not the least, we would like to thank the enthusiastic artists of both junior and senior group, parents and family members, without which ‘Quest for Art 2018’ would not have achieved the big success that it has. We hope that we will continue to work together for the promotion and creativity of art.
